  • We review the draft performance profile with the hiring authority and our human resource partner to refine requirements as necessary to finalize the minimum requirements, specific skills and knowledge, comparative attributes and preferred qualifications. 
  • Develop position-specific reference information in conjunction with the hiring manager and our human resource partners. 

  • Research and identify source companies where the ideal candidate would currently be working.
  • Identify potential candidates who either work for target source companies, or have worked for these source companies.
  • Actively recruit potential candidates, and network with industry contacts for additional candidates.
  • Contact and work with our recruiting partners for additional candidate referrals.
  • Acquire preliminary information about candidates to determine if they warrant further screening for the open position, or other potential opportunities with the client company.
  • Thoroughly screen and qualify candidates for background, work history and experience, skills, knowledge, education, likes, dislikes, geography, reasons for looking, compensation and any specific information that may support or interfere with their candidacy.
  • Work with candidate to prepare an acceptable resume for presentation.
  • Present candidates for consideration, including interview notes and a professional resume.
  • Conduct candidate references checks. 

  • Coordinate interviews between the candidate and the company. 
  • Acquire feedback and facilitate follow-up with both candidates and the company. 
  • Consult with the company on potential offer.  Trial close on the offer with the candidate. 
  • Work with candidate through the acceptance process. 
  • Provide candidate guidance for resignation, and the pre-employment process. 
  • Support and facilitate on-boarding process. 
  • Follow up with candidate and company after start date.
